Credit Card Processing
Note: In order to process payments, you will need to set up the Return Page URL.
Return Page URL Setup:
A setting needs to be completed on Forte’s Virtual Terminal in order to process payments. After logging into Forte’s Virtual Terminal, choose Gateway Settings and then Secure Web Pay. Paste the URL below into the Return Page field and then click Update.
Copy this URL and paste it into the Return Page field: https://cloud.accountedge.com/achpaymentresponsecharge

You're changing your Customer Portal URL. Invoices previously sent with Web Pay links will no longer be able to be paid online unless they are resent to the customer. You will also need to perform a sync in AccountEdge to ensure AccountEdge has the updated URL.

Customers will no longer be able to log in to the portal to view or pay their invoices. Web Pay will also be disabled.

Web Pay allows your customers to pay you online via credit card. You can send invoices to customers with a Pay Now button where they will be directed to log into their account to see their open invoices that they can pay.
AccountEdge 2016 or later is required for this feature.
